Design website with content, and SEO

Need a website built to advetise our structured cabling and fiber optic install services.

-Something similar to lawrencecable dot com - easy on the eyes.

MUST HAVES

1) YOU CREATE CONTENT IN PERFECT ENGLISH. Content must be related to our business and unique. We will modify content to exactly suit our services afterwards.

2) Joomla, wordpress system ect.. Whichever one optimizes best in Google, Yahoo, and Bing.

3) Whole site must be strongly SEO'd - I want this site to move to number one poistion in our market for Fiber Optic Installation and Structured Cable

Installation. That goal must be your priority so design with that in mind.

4)Need unique and eye catching logo that we can transfer to all our business materials.

5)You integrate our Google analytics account.

if you cannot do each of the 5 above things do not bid!

DO NOT ASK FOR MILESTONES UPFRONT OR ANY MONEY UNTIL PROJECT IS COMPLETED TO MY SATISFACTION. I have already wasted money on developers that could not complete the task and will not do that again.
