Hi,
I have built a new website based on Joomla 3.2 with a template installed and I need the following customisations:
1. A small contact form on the front page which captures data and then redirects to a URL which will be a PDF loaded onto my hosting provider - this will need to be built as a Joomla Module as I will want to embed the module into additional pages
I have attached an example of placement and how the form should look.
