Adobe Illustrator/EPS Tradeshow Banner

Would like an Illustrator .ai file with .eps and .pdf for a vinyl banner with following specs:

71" x 31" with a small (3mm+) bleed area and trim marks

300 dpi

CMYK

All text turned into paths (curves or outlines)

All fonts embedded

Gradient blend background produced in Photoshop at hi-res and placed in the Illustrator picture box

Logo and a few lines of text at top of image.

Have attached a 6MB file used for business cards - may provide ideas and logo content.

I will select before deadline.
