Auto Refresh-Find & Accept Software

I am a realtor and I accept work as a 3rd party vender to evaluate properties and enter a report into the supplier's web portal.? The problem is:? I have to log-in to my supplier's website daily, search for work...race? to be the 1st person to accept the work....then do the data entry.

Some suppliers use a Mindbrinx software that will only allow you to re-fresh every 2 minutes.? I would like a software that will AUTO-REFRESH at least every 30 seconds, and? ALSO that will AUTO-ACCEPT the work...without me sitting at my computer all day!

I accept work for more than (1) company and would like the ability to use the software on any given company that I work for.? ?

This guy has tried to create a software for each company and has not been very successful...In fact I bought his software...and it sux!? I need my own.

Pls check out that site and get an Idea what I am talking about...then give me a bid.
