Configure Terminal / Exchange Server

(We would like someone who we can use both for this project and for future needs on this and our webserver, and another mail server we are about to set up) We need an experienced and certified professional to finish setting up our exchange server and our terminal server. Both servers have been set up (and are linked together) and some accounts have been created (So about 80% of the work is done). But we need the remaining 20% finished. All and all we are talking about 5 accounts right now. more to be added latter. It appears that we need (1) the exchange accounts set up for different mail accounts, (2) then walking through getting our laptops working with the exchange server in Outlook and the terminal server. Expect 4 hours on Skype walking people through how to set up their Outlook. (3) Confirming the file sharing is set up the way we want, both on exchange server and term server. (4) Just walking us through how to use the terminal server to share information (again, my guess is 4 hours). We have other server issues in addition to this. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
