Contact Management System

Looking to build a customer management system for a sales company. ? This system will need to do the following with leads opt into our system.

The system should be able to:

1. Integrate with an auto responder like Aweber

2. Manage leads

3. Be able to send e-mails out of the system that are available for user and are already provided. ? The prewritten e-mails would be provided by us but in a drop down menu in the system.

4. Maybe integrate with users gmail account so that when an e-mail is sent out of this system it comes from that users gmail account that they have already set up.

5. Leads that come into the system can be moved to different categories like.

? ? ? Called No answer

? ? ? Called Left Message

? ? ? Called and Set Info

? ? ? Called Not Interested

? ? ? And so on

Each of the above categories would have a corresponding e-mail that went out to the customer.

Here is how I see it working:

Step 1. client opts into my web site via Web Form Code

Step 2. Client is marked in the systems as a new lead

Step 3. User is notified of the new lead

Step 3a. Client is sent a welcome e-mail from the system the same time Step 3 User is notified.

Step. 4. User can log into the system for manage/call his/her leads.

Step 5. User calls leads and as the leads are called the user is able to take notes on each lead based on what the lead and the user talks about.

Step 6. The lead is able to be moved to different categories based on the conversation or no conversation like left a message.

Step 7. The user is able to log in the next day and see the leads that he or she contacted, left messages for, called and no answer, and so on.

This is a basic idea of what I am looking for and need it done asap
