Auto friend box

I need a Tom friend/Auto friend box for my SE 4. That simple. Would like it to be a widget or plug-in. Would like to own the code for it as well.

I am not looking for someone to work on my actual code but to produce the product I can plug in myself.

I am in phase one, soft launch, of a social site 6 years in the making. Need good reliable results. This is just one small project that could easily lead to a large amount of work.
