I would like a calendar "control" designed in PHP. It would return in a variable the date and time choosen by the user. A example of its use would before querying a database with a start and end time. I would like it returned in a mysql timestamp format. I included a picture of a active-x one I had created, it was missing minutes. Seconds are not needed.

I suppose you need to integrate this calendar with a form field so that date and time selected from the Calendar interface can be automatically inserted in a form field. Can be easiliy done.
