acc autos template customization

dear talented programmers and designers,

I need a template and code customization for the acc autos system.

I have bought a template from templatemonster and I need to customize the system and work correctly with this template.

I have designed the template as I wish into adobe photoshop and you will get this ready and only have to change the html files to seem like the template.

also it will be needed some php coding to get some queries from the database like getting the latest 10 cars.

It is a simple project for a talented php programmer and web designer.

the budget is fixed and it is till 150$.

anyone that will bid on this project needs to complete this project within 6 days, have msn messenger or skype, and have a portfolio that shows that he can do it.

bids without PM with portfolio is not accepted.
