basic photo loader

We are looking for a programmer who is able to write a very basic program for importing dig photo's from a camera into the computer.

There are of course plenty programs who can do that but we don't want the user interaction which is all ways there.

What we need:

Once a digital camera( powershot a530) is connected by a usb cable to the computer ...downloading should start automaticaly. When downloading is completed the images on the camera have to be deleted and program must be ready for the same request. This proces has to be fully automaticly whitout confirmation windows or whatever: no user interaction: it should just work and of course has to be very stable so we can run it over and over again.

The program has to run on a (cheap) labtob and can be any platform.
