Alter some Images

My site is [url removed, login to view] and I need to create new images for all images on the home page. I would prefer them to be in .gif format for some of them with animation. And others can be in jpg format. The header slideshow images I need all new images, if you can provide that would be great.
Other images with percentages and numbers can be similar but must be created new as some images are used on other sites.
