I'm looking for someone to create a thin, flexible sheet/liner that freezes or becomes instantly cold once a liquid is introduced to it. It must be non-toxic. This sheet/liner must be safe to use & harmless to the human body. Think of those hot packs that turn instantly hot once broken or the cold packs that do the same but much thinner. Like a 4"x4" piece of paper that freezes once a liquid is introduced.
