I need professional nutritionists/recipe developer, "so outsourcers, please stay away".
This job is for a healthy food catering start up. I will provide you with 120 recipes (mostly accumulated from online sources) given in attached Weekly Menu.
Each day will have five meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks - mostly salads). Looking for an experienced nutritionist/recipe developer to carry out the following tasks: 1. Determine their calories and macros.
2. Adjust portion sizes per day (along with recipes) to fall into: 900- 1100 calories, 1100 - 1400 calories, 1400 - 1700 calories.
3. Ensure the portion sizes are good enough to keep the person moderately full (consider human consumption and not just do mechanical work).
4. Suggest alternate recipes and products where applicable to reduce the calories.
PLUS
1. I need recipe to be reworked for 1 serving size.
2. Daily calories should be totalled as mentioned in the job requirement with serving sizes for each group.
3. I would like the information to be returned as a pdf file as provided for each calorie group. I will provide editable MS Word recipe for every day in the menu.
4. Pls send me the approximate COST PER RECIPE and the number of days you will need to finish the project.
