Clarion TPS Help

I have an app that runs as a topspeed database, and the we would like to leave the vendor. Obviously the vendor is not cooperative in helping. What I want is the data tables from this database. Nothing else. it needs to be converted to another file structure, as well as table structure and we will do that down the road.

I need someone to help me figure out the password for these files, as even with the ODBC driver, I am unable to access the data.

I am personally an SQL/VB Access db guy.

I cannot let the files out to anyone due to confidentiality, however I am fairly adept at performing the instructions.
