Build a Facebook App

I have 12 fan pages. One for 12 different cities in the United States. The project requires developing a new tab within each fan page, called "Weekly Contests". I will update the page once a week with a new contest. I want to allow users to sign up for the deal on the fan page. I also want to allow user comments and incorporate all viral marketing functionality (newsfeed, post to facebook minifeed, share with a friend, share on twitter, etc. To see a specific example of what I am looking for, go to this page and click on the Red Bull Stash page.... List of ideal features: - Templated format that would be easy to fill in on a weekly basis - This is what would be changed every week in the admin: --prize provider logo and their Facebook URL, prize provider Twitter handle and website, prize details (approx. 250 characters) --description on the task required - Shows every users Facebook avatar who participates in the weekly giveaway - Pop-up form that collects email address and whatever content needed by prize provider - A nice visual graphic display of all content submitted by the users - Allow people to comment and interact on the Giveaway tab much like a typical wall post / status update -- give other contest participant props via comments or liking items posted - Social share buttons - post to Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, email a friend, etc. I will provide an excellent review and immediate payment upon completion. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
