The project is developing the website.
Site must contain a database wherein users can interface through adding their own content.
Site must contain a listing of classified advertisements allowed to be used by consumers.
Also the site needs to have the capability to have an on-line marketplace for buying and selling.
A component which allows a comission to be collected through Pay Pal from both the buyers and the sellers must be implemented.
An RSS Feed from another site must feed continuous updates to up to the minute journalism/world news.
