Customization of PHP based helpdesk system available [login to view URL]

Customization requirements to customize already develped helpdesk system at [[url removed, login to view]][1]

1- Login authentication is must for every user/admin on the first page.

2- Then dashboard should appear (news ticker, pending tickets etc.). I will provide the snap shot for color combination etc.

3- Then from dashboard, user / admin can create/edit/update tickets via a button. This edit/update will be reflected on dashboard.

4- Three user level privilages, one - administrator, second - superuser with edit/add/update privilages and third - read only user.

Further details including color combination will be provided later.

## Deliverables

I've setup a testing server using Apache, MySql & Php
