Create Wordpress MU Blogs

Hello,

The job is to:

1. Search for free hosts that will allow installing wordpress MU blogs (it requires mod rewrite, PHP and database access).

2. Create accounts there.

3. Install fully functionable Wordpress MU there with plugins I specify.

I need 30 full installs (each on different free host).

Please bid only if you know how to do it to avoid wasting my and your time. Please state in your bid or comment how much would you like to get per 1 full Wordpress MU install (after that if you do it well I will be glad to work with you with creating even more MU installs like that).

I expect the price to be near $30 for whole project. I need some plugins installed but if free hosts do not allow that I will be happy to have MU installs without those plugins. Thanks!
