Coding media playlist plugin for grandvj

Hi i'm looking for a coder that's able too create a plugin for arkaos grandvj software. The software uses xml plugins in a dat file. The first plugin would be a media playlist loader. Need be able to load a sequence of video file. Second part option load a serie of images for a slide show with maybe option timing and transition.

Next plugin looking for a way to integrate freeform plugins to the actual software.

Third plugin option to load image file as a alpha mask.

Forth one is there anyone able to may syphon plugin for PC (directshow,active x ,webcam virtua tapin, virtual display stream out or something equivilant?)?
