Add/ connect directory submission form/script to my website (1949122)

I need a coder to add Directory submission form/script, so that people can submit their real estate properties to my site. You must submit and link the script to work with other features on the site. The script must submit and immediately feature the listing. No signup is need, just a directory easily submission script.
