We are in need of an animated 2D with 3d Camera movement for an upcoming video presentation. We are looking for a designer/animator to create the map and then animate the camera movement and also add lights to where major cities would be. This map is to illustrate how participation in our project can grow from 3 states to the entire United States. The animation must be in HD 1920 by 1080 and delivered to us by Tuesday the 3rd of May.
