Create an introduction video to explain 360 degree photography for property

We require a 30-50 second video to be produced. The video will be center stage of our home page, it needs to quickly explain the benefits of our product whilst capturing the viewers attention. We would be open to whiteboard animation, partial footage (which we will provide) with overlaid graphics or some other creative suggestion.
Our email marketing campaign will also link to this video.
We have a rough script worked out in point form and we will also shoot the footage of the message so you can also understand what this is all about.
