Complete offline applications with synchronisation for online system

A Windows application for risk assessments has been developed, but the upload/synchronisation process is not completed and only partly done.

Also required is the addition of a disabled setting for tasks, hazards, and controls.

Lastly a PDA version of the application must be created.

## Deliverables

A Windows application for risk assessments has been developed to run alongside an online system for use when an internet connection is not available.

The majority of this Windows application has already been developed and tested, but the upload/synchronisation process is not completed and only partly done.

We require the Upload/Synchronisation for the data to be completed, tested and fully working. Risk Assessments are to uploaded to the online system and removed from the local database, and template data is to be synchronised with the online system for anything new or changed (including maintaining ID integrity).

Also required is the inclusion of a disabled (BIT) field for tasks, hazards, and controls to restrict the selection of these when performing assessments.

The database and connection to the online system should be hidden from users and made secure.

Lastly a PDA version of the application must be created. It is our understanding the previous developer has kept this in mind when creating the Windows application and used controls and coding to work in both systems wherever possible to keep additional workload to a minimum.

Source code is included in the file, along with the original brief, notes, and a database diagram.

These should all be reviewed before submitting a quote for this project.
