Copy and paste vba script to be used inside MS ACCESS header form and subform

I have an msaccess application. I want you to created a MS ACCESS script that pulls the username and password stored in a table listed inside a header form and paste this information into a subform made up of an embedded internet explorer with two input fields for username and password.
For example header form has
field_username = username
field_password = password
The Subform, has tabs with various web2.0 sites.
tab1: Squidoo tab2: hubpages etc...
When clicking on tab: squidoo, the login page for squidoo will show up and the username and password in the header form will be automatically filled and submitted to squidoo login page. (like it is done with roboform)
This will be first of several little VBA jobs involving automation of article inputing into a web2 site using MS Access.
You need to be expert in vba and be able to complete this job fast.
Please give information on visual basics or vba projects you have already done.
