Create 250 simple and 250 jpeg craigslist ads

I am looking for someone to create 250 simple and 250 jpeg craigslist ads. I don't need them posted and I only need the bodies created. The 250 are the exact same ad only in a different format so I get more of them to stick. I have a website and some contact info that I would need to be put into jpeg format and changed on a hosting website so that no 2 ads have the same picture - even though it is the same picture it never shows up as so in source code. I have all of the information for the ads - laid out quite nicely actually. I created over 50 HTML ads in 3 hours (HTML ads are 5 times more time intensive than both of these types that I am looking for) these are for apartment complexes and all I am looking for on the simple ads are: Complex name, price, beds, baths, schools, dogs allowed, cats allowed, pictures NOT TEXT that has my website and phone number and a few amenities with some html pics hosted from a hosting site where none of the pictures are ever the same - either different sizes or different code - however you make sure that the picture is never used 2 times - even though it will be. On the jpeg ad once you create a template we agree on you can pop these ads out super fast, same information as on the simple ads but will look a little flashier and I want the whole ad to be a large jpeg preferably hosted by photobucket or the likes if not - we can work something out and I can host the pictures. See accompanying document for what I would like the jpeg ad to look like, and obviously a simple ad is easy to comprehend - and accompanying docs will show the info that I have on each property and I have the files very organized so pulling info is quick and effortless.

This could be an ongoing project if this first batch ends up the way I like it. By ongoing I mean this many ads weekly - until at least the end of the year, but we will see.
