Adult Webcam Models Needed

I am in need of someone who can deliver adult female models to work for us.

They need to be 18 years old or older, valid ID, and they must sign up (for free) and setup a complete profile. I am looking to have them all signed up and ready to go to work.

All models work from home and do not have to be professional. They should speak English and if possible Italian and have the right equipment.

Every model earns 60% of all of his pvt show + a bonus for free chat (1 euro for every hours in free chat)

Those models should work at least 80 hours the first month for the payment to be made. (if they don't work at all, i don't need them !)

Payments will be made in increments of 15 models and monthly.
