I am working with the online website builder weebly and need a freelancer, who converts a psd into a ready to use weebly template. A weebly design is already existing, which is close to what I need. The changes refer to the background and the position and style of the navigation. Please find attached a screenshot of the weebly template called spring and my customized design. I can create an account on the weebly page, so that you can work directly on the project.
