What I need or require: Bespoke Website design and development for brand new consumer fan appliance. Our new product (similar to a whole house fan) is highly innovative, eco-friendly and is patent pending, and we want our website to project how innovative and eco-friendly it is. I want our site to be as beautiful as Apple's. Site should have an elegant simplicity and modern look. The website should include the following sections: Home Page, How it Works, Products, Specials, About Us, Press Area, Where to Buy, Shopping Cart and Blog. There will also be sub sections like: How it Works - Video Tour, Benefits Diagram, Specifications, Photo Gallery, Installation. Site must be 100% SEO optimized for all major search engines including Google, Yahoo and Bing. No flash required, I want site to be top search engine result. Will want home page to cycle through 4 or 5 pictures. Site must be fully ecommerce capable (using shopify okay to manage), only have 2 sku's right now but must be to scale to up to 10 sku's in future. Must include forms pages for product registration and newsletter signup. Site should be built on a CMS platform easy enough to manage by a non developer but also highly SEO friendly.

Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: Experienced Web Developers only, looking for an expert, Referrals and references a must. Site must be built with analytics (Google Analytics) to monitor traffic. Shopping Cart must be able to calculate tax and shipping.
Specific expertise/background that I am seeking: SEO optimization, please include specific examples of what you will do to optimize the site and why it is the best choice. Top class web design, must provide references to other websites created and designed. Developer must be up to date on newest SEO techniques and changes in the SE environment. Experience with green/eco-friendly products websites a big plus.
