CSS STYLE SITE in IE 8 + 9 to look as close as possible to IE 10

I have a website I am having some trouble styling in CSS to have it appear in IE 8 and 9 as it currently appears in IE10. Screen width is targeted for 1024 x 768.
It is a WordPress website - Currently Hosted on an on line development server. You will need to change your hosts file - login and edit the CSS so the website appears properly in IE8 and IE9.
Must have Extensive IE8 CSS experience.
