Api script magento template 1.5.1 into Mamut business softwa

I need a scriptwriter that can make an API for a Magento ecommerce template (version 1.5.1) to intergrate it into Mamut.

I need all the functionalities as mentioned in the Mamut software. If you have a better solution than the Mamut software as my backbone, I am also interested.
