A website that non native English speakers can use to find and chose an English language teacher. The site would include Biographies of the teachers, levels of expertise, calenders of availability and some sort of booking and payment system.

Sketch of site with homepage and sample pages (can be illustrated)
Prototype of site including home page and key sub pages with some functionality (calendar bookings)
Description of maintenance approach and estimate of costs
