Create / Rip three Wordpress themes

I need three Wordpress themes to be created or ripped from three different sites (listed below). I need a fast performer, ideally one site ripped per day. You need to have previous experience in making Wordpress themes. Please state that you understand this by writing "I have previous experience in making Wordpress themes" in your bid. I do not expect any fantasy bids. This is quite a simple task for someone that knows their way around Wordpress theme design. If I am satisfied with your performance, this gig will be followed up with another three site gig.

Here is the task in detail:

[url removed, login to view] Create a two column widget ready wordpress theme that looks like this. Widget ready, regular wordpress theme.

Header: Change logo to fit my business name, remove the text "fernwartung" and "hier starten" with the text "CONTACT US" and "ClICK HERE"

Left column: The graphic that says "company name" and "servicegarantie" shall be replaced by my company name and text.

Individual pages: 2 column, with icon enlarged in top right corner. Exactly like in the example.

Functioning contact form with CAPTCHA to be added.

Further down, the two column sections "Computer kaufen", "Datev, server, netzwerke". The area now held by these two columns shall be one column only. The dropdown (Ajax?) sections further below that goes from "Unser angebot ..." to "PC servicebereich" shall be removed".

In the left column, make sure that the photo of the person there can be easily replaced. Functioning contact form with CAPTCHA to be added.
