Here is the project requirements:
• Static web site, the content of each page is updated manually through a web interface. Not many web pages.
•We need someone to design the main frame initially and we can take over populating the web pages. Maintenace and administration of the web site will be our responsibilty.
•Contents of the web site will be text , images, and video based. Content will be our responsibility.
•Prefer template based web site for a non-profit organization.
•Users can provide feedback using Web forms etc.
•Donation payments using paypal.
•Users forum required. Users need to have an account to discuss on the forum. Language of communication will be Amharic (Ethiopian) and English. We can provide the Amharic font but there are free ones online.
