Convert HTML5 Website to Mobile Format - Max $50 Only

Hi. I need a simple 5-6 page static mobile website. The mobile version will try to be a copy of the main website as much as possible. The PSD, CSS and all source files of the original website are available so that you do not have to build ground up. This is a simple small assignment, so do not quote high amounts as all the content and design elements are given to you. It should be built on HTML5 like the parent website. In your proposal, you have to include links of at least 5 mobile sites that you have designed. Attached is original site and link. Budge is max $50.
