We would like a modern website built in html. This website is intended to inform potential customers of our services and encourage them to act by requesting a free quote for their custom apparel job. Our target market includes business professionals / leaders, and leaders of organizations of any type (clubs, non profits, etc.) that may be looking for 36+ units of customized apparel.

We have a basic color scheme that should match our new logo: <[url removed, login to view]>
We don't need anything to fancy in terms of the back end, unless you have some really great idea that requires it and we agree. In general, we're thinking of saving a little money and sticking to HTML, but we would like a customized form that the customer will fill out when they request a quote. This form should essentially ask for some basic information about what the potential client wants, and once submitted it should send us an e-mail with that information. We will let you know what needs to go into the form if we select you for the job.
The website needs to only have a few static pages (Home, About us, Pricing, Gallery page for images of finished work, and a Request a Free Quote form page). All pages should look and feel like the others so the customer knows they are still on the same web page (i.e. same template for each page). We would also like a cookie cutter of a "landing page" using the same template, where we can edit the text to best match our planned PPC ads. The landing pages should strongly encourage customers to request a free quote, if you have some cool design technique that will help us increase that action we would like to hear about it. Now that I think about it, every page should encourage a request for a free quote somehow.
We expect to have full license of all designs transferred to us through this agreement, to use however we see fit.
We are open to non-standard design layout ideas, that toy with the classical idea of a nav bar etc, but we're looking for static HTML with no fancy coding.
