In this project the worker will provide a solution to get the total CPU % usage without using WMI or Microsoft PerformanceCounter
## Deliverables
**Description:**
This solution need to constantly monitor and get the total CPU % usage without using WMI and/or Microsoft Performance Counters.
**Solution Details:**
1. Create 1 form
2. The form will include 1 TextBox to show the CPU % usage
3. allow to set timer interval to get the CPU % usage. intervals (in ms) : 500, 1000, 2000, 5000
4. The reported CPU % usage in this solution will be as reported by Microsoft Task Manger at the same time (side-by-side).
**General Notes, requirements, limitations and Considerations:**
1. As performance is a main issue in this project, the solution will not exceed a CPU % usage of 0%- 1% at all times. Also, the worker will NOT use Microsoft PerformanceCounter and/or WMI to avoid performance issues.
2. This solution will need to make sure it will manage its own code (for example: make sure handles count will not exceed 800).
3. The solution including all source codes will be built in Microsoft Visual Studio.
4. This solution including the source code will be check and tested on Microsoft Visual Studio 2010.
5. This solution will be approved ONLY after stress and performance tests the employer will make on the platforms (as listed).
6. This solution will work and tested on the following operating systems: Windows XP, Windows 7, Server 2003, Server 2008
7. This solution will work and tested on the following platforms: x86 and x64.
8. Maximum allowed .NET Framework version is 2.0
9. The worker can use (if applicable) invoke and/or win API to build this solution.
