CSS and Jpicker color box

I have created a mock up of a web page. I have created a color picker overlay that allows the user to custom pick the colors using Multiple jPickers and jPicker Callback Functions. My issue is getting the jpicker choices assigned to the temporary active CSS file. I need to change the colors on almost every element on the page. And have it either print out or email the file to a set address. Heres a link to the page:<p>

A couple of god points:

I do not reqire the css to be overwritten.

I do want the colors applied to the bottom of the page when button is pressed.

and YES if possable I would like a copy of the newly created CSS file emailed to a set address (this would be a nice feature).
