Angular CDK and json save data

I have an angular cdk application that edits html and writes changes to [login to view URL] using json on save. I need to be able to add html "elements/tags" to the editor and save these tags within the html... then need a script to copy the file and change these "element/tags" to php code...
Example:
1) in editor, add element/tag ###PHP-Code-Tag### save updated html with element/tag added
2) script (will be run via cronjob) to copy file from one folder to new folder, ###PHP-Code-Tag### would be replaced with <?php actual php code ?>
