3D animation videos

We got a project in which we need 3D animations of a character (female human) demonstrating the correct way to take the measures of your own body.
There’s no need of a background, it’s just the demonstration with a measure tape, and for some measurements it’s necessary to be seated and a pencil that will be used to mark some points on the body.
There are 25 measures in total to teach, so 25 videos lasting few seconds each. The sum of the time of these videos is approximately 7 minutes and 30 seconds, however lots of parts are repeated among them (the character marks same points on the body for different measurements). The estimate is that 5 minutes are from original parts and 2min 30sec from repetitions of what has already been done.
The videos will follow instructions I will send as a model. I’m looking for a professional who is able to create a character that replicates faithfully the human body shapes.
