Data Merge For Product Catalog

I have layout designs, I have all product titles, UPC codes, Categories and more all created on the Shopify platform and exported to CSV. I also have a separate folder full of PNG actual bar code photos, and I named them to match the UPC codes in the CSV for this catalog project for a client of mine. I have been slowly adding photos to each product as I get them in from vendors or I shoot them myself.
However, I can not find the best route to plug all of this together in a layout format. I know Illustrator, I know Photoshop, but, I do not know In design.
During my research I found that there is an addon that automatically plugs all this data into a catalog layout and that is what i need someone to do for me.
Create a layout or template with all the data I will attach so all I have to do is go in, add product photos, make changes to categories etc and turn them into my client.
The format should be the following in terms of design. (I will also upload an example.)

Title
Bar code
on the right hand side I have color coated categories, however I have it in PDF format so I will just use these as a background.. For the most part, I need 12-15 products per page. On certain category changes I will then go in and create my own title pages.
This job has not been easy. The client went from a strict online catalog, to now wanting a print only catalog. The apps on Shopify are decent, but they do not have the customization I need to make this work.
