I need an Arduino based smart scooter kit. I should be able to install it in any 2- wheeler scooter. After installing this kit on my scooter I should be able to turn the scooter on by entering an OTP on a keyboard which is a part of this kit. Once the scooter is turned on, I should be able to access dickey and take out the helmet. This kit should be able to provide me the current location of the scooter. When I have completed by ride, I would be able to lock the scooter using a key from the keypad. The scooter can not be locked if the halmet isn't put inside the dickey.
