Image Creation - A few small images

Here's what I need:

I need a Default Profile Image in two sizes. One more of a portrait size and one a regular square.

I also need three custom images that I can use for watermarks. One will be the knight/horse that is seen here:

The other two will simply say [url removed, login to view] and BLACK ASPHALT.

The last images I need will be one that says AND/OR represents a user that is NOT a premier member. Also one that says AND/OR represents a user that IS a premier member. These images need to be the same size as the avatar pics. The one that says a user is a premier member needs to have enough room so I can put the date the membership expires on the bottom.

If possible, for all images (Expect the watermarks) please use the color scheme found on this site:
