Email based website

This is for improving our on going customer service project where we are working for different E-commerce websites world wide for years now, their email accounts are configured to our MS Outlook2003 receiving, attending and replying customers mails about their general enquiries, order status, stock positions, every day shipment status, newsletters and all. This will help us improve replying frequency within miniutes to every customer on each account in return happy customers and happy e-commerce site owners with boost in sales.

We are looking for a MS Outlook2003 or a gmail type dynamic email server website linked with an user friendly Admin panel.

There will be seperate email accounts for each websites/user and the data are saved on server not on our computers. The site hosted with a name domain or ip domain but should never be reflected or detected in reply or receipt mails. In gmail and all if an id is created the email address will be like vijay..[url removed, login to view] or if sent from a website mail domain [url removed, login to view] will be like xyz..[url removed, login to view] If we are working for [url removed, login to view] and have their mail POP account username and password are added to an MS Outlook2003 the mails will be sent and received through itself. Like wise here also we should be able to recieve mails to Inbox of each individual email account and send replies we add to our site with the templates we create to reply each kind of mails.

The mails should be replied using built in templates and the data will be from the admin. If we reply a mail to an email address we will use a created template the first name in Dear First name, should come from Admin where we would have entered all feilds, like first name, second name, email address1, email address2, shipping address, billing address, phoe number1, phone number2 order number, item code number, item name, price, order date, delivery date etc.. The subject of mail should change according to the template we use with client full name in caps added along with. The templates if edited and ready for sending should ask modify or add this as a new template?

The Template should be like a word sheet as used in Outlook2003, all the tools will not be needed other than Standard and Format tools only are required. We should have the flexibility to creat a template adding feilds which will pick up the same fields for diferent customers when the same template is used again. We will start with a simple template first and the same will be edited to create different drafts/templates for each kind of mails. So hundreds or even thousands will be created and saved in order to be used again later to reply such a type of mail. This template or draft pick ups should be very easily arranged in order to reply each kind of mails and saved as a new template if edited each time for again using in future for a different client.. all account users should have same easy access to these templates. We should use the latest technology threads to increase the speed in send/receiving mails with downloading about 10 mails at a time or even more to send about 100 or more mails per hour altogether from all users.

Now the other part, this should be like the username password for each user and any number of account we can add on...... again if a mail reaches to an account should search previous replied mail and be turned in to a draft or compose mode ready to paste the reply and send. The whole history of that particular client should be arranged well in below of the mail to make it easy to understand client history and reply appropriately. In short each client will have only one mail in total with all history below. A breakup option should be there if we wish to break from old mails and continue with the new. The seperated old one should be stored in a folder for future reference.

The site should be hosted online once layout and design is completed and we will monitor the project as per the updates made every day and changes or modifications needed will be discussed and implemented from time to time to make it user friendly.

Client email address list of each account should be stored seperately.
