Party Profile Site

The site is not as broad as myspace. It is basically a party website where people can post parties and rate parties they went to. It has to have the ability to have a rating system based on a questionaire we set up of 10 questions with 1pt value for each answer.

We have a good idea how we want the site layed out and we have the logo allready created. The hardest part of this project is we need the site to have the ability to plug in a webcam and broadcast the party on our site and enable users to rank the video feed so it can have top cams. I dont want to give the entire design away but that is fair enough to get a sense of $$ price.

I will set the budget for medium but if one of you have a portfolio with an amazing example of something like what were shooting for we can shoot for more $$

We included a picture of the basic layout we want.
