Stacked Bar Chart in Classic ASP

I have data that represents volume of 6 categories per day. On the attached excel book, on the crosstab tab, there is an example of the stacked bar chart I need to display dynamically in Classic ASP. The "crosstab" data was generated through MS Access for display purposes only. We have a stored procedure that generates the data you see on the rawdata tab - we need to convert that into the barchart dynamically.

Summary - convert a recordset of 186 rows of data into a stacked barchart showing 6 categories per day using Classic ASP.

Due to our application security setup, we cannot use ASP.NET. I am open to using JavaScript libraries if needed.
