General Building Surveying Services - Ongoing Works in Northwest England

I own my own Building Surveying company and have a lot of work on at the moment with more to come. I would like to hire freelance Building Surveyors to cover this ongoing work and then to hire as and when future work comes up. The freelancer would work from home making use of modern IT for meetings, reporting back on progress etc. When a job comes up I would met with them and go through the brief, take them to site / show pictures of the project etc. A rate would be agreed along with the expected length of time to complete the task. The freelancer would invoice my company direct at milestone stages / once completed, weekly etc whatever we agreed. The freelancer could be involved in several jobs for my company at anyone time. CDM 2015 knowledge, experience beneficial, attention to detail a must, client facing ability essential, ability to see job through essential, ability to get on with other trades, professionals, clients, report writing, communication, good grammar / maths all essential - all the standard surveyor 'must haves' need to be there. Hourly rates to be provided so that I have an idea of your expectations re pay. The actual work is not difficult however it needs people to pay attention to detail, what the brief is and then to see it through to completion.
