We need a professional expert to complete some corporate deal. We are targeting some brand to include in our portfolio. B2B expert from NA (Canada, USA & Mexico) has to make some corporate deal on behalf of our company. The professionals should have some relevant experience, corporate contact and familiar with relevant job nature. Corporate dealing skills is very much required. Required educational back ground: MBA, BBA, Master of commerce, Finance or Marketing. 3+years of experience will be appreciated. To execute this project following essential skills are very much considered:

a. Business proposal writing
b. Depth of product knowledge
c. Business negotiating
d. Corporate pricing
e. Style of corporate dealings
Project details furnished below:
Task:
1. Corporate business to business contract/agreement
2. Contract period 2-5 years preferred or for unlimited time, each contract could be different period depends on counter company policy and style
3. Business agreement should be with main corporate office/head quarter
Product/Brand:
1. Products are 100% legitimate and well accepted to all general customers
2. These brands are international reputed brands and some could be local brands even
3. We have initially selected 10 Brands (will be disclosed to Freelancer once selected)
Details guideline:
1. Freelancer will get details guideline from Piara Bazar Management or from me
2. Iqbal Khan will be his/her (FL) direct supervisor and reporting contact
3. Details briefing session will be arranged upon mutual agreement
FL payment:
1. As declared on Freelancer project would be the minimum payment CAD 200 that is for sure
2. Out of 10 Brands 5 brands are expected to sign-up an successful trade agreement. All brands will be listed serially, among those 10 first 2 numbers of Brands (sl. 1 & 2) are mandatory to sign. (will be disclosed to Freelancer once selected).
After completing above 5 brands sign-up agreement, FL can claim the project money and we will release money only with FL system now (already paid) only those CAD 200. Once we released that money the project will be treated as closed.
FL’s incentive:
1. FL will be awarded CAD100 for each Brand sign-up. Only condition: need to be signed at least 7 brands with a minimum period of 2 years’ contract. Will be appreciated if FL sign all 10, incentive payment will be calculated proportionately.
FL’s bonus award: Piara Bazar management will assess FL’s performance on the basis of following criteria:
1. Bonus Award is CAD 500
2. Will be disbursed through Freelancer system upon completion of the project.
3. Management will approve this bonus award in written when they are satisfied. It is on the sole discretion of management judgement like: day to day communication, consistency, sincerity, honesty, efficient negotiations and other professional qualities to be considered during assessment.
4. Only Condition: full 10 brands signed-up with the stipulated time or deadline.
Above all payments are effective simultaniously that means, any one signed-up all 10 brands within the dead line then the total payment will be: CAD 200 + CAD 1000 + CAD 500 = CAD 1700 (Repeat again, only in case 10 Brands sign-up)
