MS Excel to PALM OS Conversion

Attached is an Excel Sheet that I have created for analyzing a Real Estate Investment. I try to run this sheet on my Palm Treo650; however, the sheet takes too long to run since I have to use document2go to get it to work. I would like to create this sheet in a native PALM OS application. I can take time to explain the sheet further to the awarded programming company. suffice to say, the following sheets must be included: "Stare Here_in process", "APOD", "Closing Costs", "Mortgage Amortizaton"
I would plan to do this in two phases. Phase I would involve converting the current sheet. Phase II would involve making modifications/additions to functionality.
