Need somebody to develop a pdf converter tool. Requirements:
- Should be Windows XP/Vista compatible application (maybe later also Mac compatible)
- converts any doc txt rtf html to pdf file
- pdf file should be in fixed page settings of 9 x 12cm
- pdf converter application can NOT be a printerdriver, need a standalone application which easily converts a document, like this:

Click convert button
Save pdf output to
Most critical part is the tool should convert any file with any pagesize setting to pdf with pagesize of 9x12 cm.
