Teach me more about Jira and Git using GitFlow with Visual Studio

I want to learn GitFlow and how to implement that in Visual Studio.

I want to use Atlassian products Jira, SourseTree to manage the project stored in Github.

I want a "crash-course" where some parts can be done using TeamViewer on my PC

I live in Sweden so ther might be a timezone differance.

I want your timeestimation and how you want the job to be done.

I want you to be "Git/Jira/VisualSTudio-teacher" and the changes in C# will just be at "add comment level" (no programming)
